Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and content specific to their project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions and scope
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Limitation of liability
Vijeetta Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
